Our Board and governance

Business in the Community is governed by a Board of Trustee Directors whose role is to determine the charity's mission and purpose while guarding its ethos and values.

Following agreement by our Board and our President HRH, The Prince of Wales, we can confirm that Antony Jenkins, Group CEO Barclays will be joining the BITC Board in April 2014 and taking over as Chair in 2015.
