Employee Wellbeing and Benefits

We recognise that by having flexible working practices and helping you balance work and home life we will improve all of our performance.

We run events to raise awareness of good physical and emotional health and support active travel, if you walk or cycle to work you could be rewarded with a free healthy breakfast!

In the East Area we’ve used the WorkWell Model to review and take action on wellbeing. Our Manchester team chilled out with meditation. In London you can hire our Brompton bike to cycle to a meeting, get active with one of the sports clubs (such as netball or softball) or unwind and relax with our early bird Pilates classes.
