• Over 25 years experience of consulting and transformational change in Financial Services in Accenture, having joined the company in 1982. 
• Simon leads Accenture’s Financial Services Management Consulting practice globally and is accountable for growth and innovation across the Financial Services business.  He is Client Director for a major global client.
• Board member, Accenture plc and member of Accenture’s FS Management Board.
• Formerly Managing Director of Accenture’s Financial Services practice in the UK, Ireland and India, with responsibility for our Banking, Insurance and Capital Markets businesses.  
• Specialist in Retail Banking and IT Transformation, having shaped and led banking transformation projects in Turkey, Denmark and the UK.
• Worked extensively with distributed teams globally, with teams in Australia, India, Spain, and the Philippines, as well as the UK.
• Member of the global leadership council for Accenture Development Partnerships – the company’s vehicle for providing services to developing countries on a not-for-profit basis.
