Gwyn joined the Operating Board at J Sainsbury plc in 2004. Gwyn has over 20 years business experience, including five years with Nestle Rowntree and over 13 years with ASDA/Wal-Mart.
At ASDA Gwyn held various Board level positions across Own Brand, Marketing, Customer Service and Retail. At Sainsbury's she is responsible for Marketing, Communications and Customer Service.
