Paul Turner is the Head of Sustainable Development for Lloyds Banking Group’s Wholesale Division.  He has worked for the majority of his career in structured finance in the project finance, property, transportation and utility sectors where his last role was Managing Director of Lloyds TSB’s global transportation finance businesses.  He now focuses on the business impacts of sustainable development including climate change and his responsibilities involve risk management, leadership development and supporting the relationship management and business development teams engage with their customers on this complex topic.

 

Paul is a member of the UK Corporate Leaders Group in Climate Change, a member of the Small Business Consortium, a Trustee of two environmental charities, Global Action Plan and Leapfrog, and sits on the Steering Committee of the United Nations Environment Program's Finance Initiative.  He holds a masters level qualification in Sustainable Business from Cambridge University and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program and the One Planet Leaders Program. He is also a tutor with the Cambridge University Program for Sustainability Leadership.
