Mark Allen has been with Dairy Crest for nearly 18 years; during this time he has progressed from business unit Managing Director to CEO. He was appointed to the Board in 2002 and became CEO at the end of 2006. He is also The Chairman of Dairy UK, the industry research body.

Mark has a law degree and previously worked in retail with Shell UK.
