Warren Anderson
Director of UK Supply Chain, McDonald's Restaurants
Warren joined McDonald’s in January 2010 as Director of UK Supply Chain. His responsibilities include commercial purchasing, quality assurance, agricultural management, nutrition, restaurant order planning and logistics. Prior to joining McDonald’s, Warren worked at Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd for 15 years.
After completing the graduate scheme in 1994, Warren held a variety of buying positions within fresh foods before taking a position for 2 years within marketing and business planning. After this time he returned to the trading division as a category manager within fresh foods before holding the role of head of beers, wine and spirits.
Warren was born in Lambeth, South London after which his parents moved out to Epsom in Surrey where he attended Glyn Grammar School for Boys. After becoming Head Boy in his final year he went on to obtain a degree in Geology and Geography at Southampton University. Married for 8 years, Warren enjoys playing golf and watching rugby.
