Breckon Jones is Director of Health and Benefits, in American Express’ Global Compensation and Benefits team, with responsibility for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
American Express’ Healthy Living and wider benefits programme was awarded the Employee Benefits Award for healthcare strategy and has received much public praise as an industry gold standard. Jones joined American Express from Unilever, where he held the role of Employee Health and Wellness Manager pioneering an award winning programme model for workplace health enhancement and culture change.
He has previously worked with major blue-chip companies in the Asia Pacific region as a corporate wellness consultant, designing and developing health and wellness initiatives. Jones lives in London and cycles to work most days.
