Suzanne Hughes of Santander

Suzanne started her career working for an HR software company before joining Accenture as a Management Consultant in 1998.   During her time with Accenture Suzanne worked as a change management specialist working on global systems implementations. In 2004 Suzanne joined Abbey (now Santander) and continued to develop her change project skills within financial services, initially in the Finance department before moving to Human Resources in 2007.  Since then she has led a number of HR teams including HR projects, HR Operations, HR consultancy, HR Policy, Employee Relations, Health, Safety & Wellbeing, Diversity and Employee Engagement.  With a strong interest in team leadership, employee engagement and wellbeing Suzanne focused on delivering great results for Santander.  Suzanne was nominated for a Women in Banking and Finance award in 2011 and sits on the Leadership Team for the Workwell Campaign.
