It is a truly multicultural school whose largest groups of students are, in order: Bangladeshi (24%), Black Caribbean (22%), Pakistani (13%), Black (9%), and White British (8%). The school needs volunteers to run a 'Behind the Scenes' visits which involves pupils/people facing barriers to employment going on a behind the scenes tour of a local workplace to observe activity and people at work and to talk to staff about working conditions, business practices and processes as well as running the business.
