Bradford: Primary School - Reading Garden - 10-12 volunteers (BRAREF04)
This primary school needs volunteers to develop an area into a reading garden that will be used for drama, creative curriculum and kinesthetic learning experiences, in addition to an outdoor classroom and a place for external visitors to educate and entertain children. Projects building a reading garden in a school support the Reading for Life Campaign.

This primary school needs volunteers to create an outdoor reading area that is big enough for an entire class to use together.

Calderdale: Primary School - Outdoor Reading Area - 6 volunteers - (CALREF03)
This primary school needs volunteers to create a quiet reading space outside for the children to use. It is placed within the playground, and currenlty holds a buddy bench, so would be a great place for young children to be quiet and relax with a book.

Calderdale: Primary School - Reading Area and Library - 15 volunteers - (CALREF01)
This primary school needs volunteers to help the school create a welcoming and cosy reading and library area for the children of the school. Their aim to have shelving and small relaxed reading areas created to make this area more welcoming and usable. The school has resources to help pay for this project and part of this activity will include running a competition with the children of Year 3 and 4 to design the new library area.

Calderdale: Primary School - Reading Garden - 6 volunteers - (CALREF02)
The school have an outside area which lends itself to being a great reading space, but it is very exposed and during the summer months cannot be used as the sun get too hot. They need volunteers to create shade, if possible with willow sculptures (this will be assisted activity) . Part of this activity will include running a competition with the children of Year 3 and 4 to design the new library area.
