Examples of Excellence 2008 - a full list of the award winners and categories

The Awards for Excellence 2008 gala dinner took place on the 7 July at the Royal Albert Hall. At the awards ceremony, the 15 winners of the Examples of Excellence for each category were announced, along with those companies that were highly commended runners up and those that made the final shortlist.

There were 106 winners of The Big Tick - awarded to companies able to demonstrate excellence in the way they organise and integrate responsible business practice into their mainstream operations - from which the 15 Examples of Excellence winners were chosen as overall category winners.
