npower Operations Customer Services

At the Awards for Excellence ceremony on 7 July at the Royal Albert Hall, npower Operations Customer Services were awarded the Example of Excellence in the Norfolk County Services Skills for Life Award category.

npower's Operations Customer Services is located in one of the UKs most deprived areas. Its Skills for Life strategy enables improved learning and development, retention, succession planning and personal enrichment, securing buy-in from customers and employees. To date, 240 learners have completed npower's Skills for Life programme.
