New programme to help homeless people into work announced

Business in the Community is delighted to announce Get Ready! - an innovative new programme designed to provide early back-to-work interventions for homeless people. The programme will form part of the Government’s new  'Vision to End Rough Sleeping: No Second Night Out Nationwide'.

Business Action on Homelessness supports homeless people to gain and sustain employment and actively campaigns for the removal of barriers to work. We believe that work is the best route out of homelessness and poverty and that businesses often overlook the talents of people with a homeless background.
