Looking for a volunteering opportunity in Wales?

Business in the Community, in partnership with Working Links, is running the ‘Newday Mentoring Programme’ supporting ex-offenders who have secured employment. The programme, which is run right across Wales, encourages business volunteers to act as mentors for ex-offenders.  Mentors spend an hour a month with their mentee, offering support, guidance and encouragement. Volunteers also receive training and ongoing support from Business in the Community.  The mentoring support helps with job sustainability and career progression in order to reduce the risk of reoffending.
