Who should attend?
The course is designed for anyone with responsibility for integrating and embedding aspects of corporate responsibility within their organisation. You may be a CR Manager or have responsibility for a specific aspect of CR. Your job is to drive change through the organisation to increase financial, social and environmental performance.
The course assumes a basic level of corporate responsibility knowledge.

Session 1
Before you Start - Understand your Change ContextThis session evaluates your organisation's corporate responsibility maturity and values, the specific issues you face, and your own skills and capabilities. This evaluation reveals the starting point for your change program and helps you identify what your desired end point is, and what can enable or hinder this progression.
Session 2
Using Change Management for Corporate Responsibility
Increasingly organisation's are looking to integrate corporate responsibility into their core business. This session outlines what changes are required and what are the enablers, obstacles and drivers for this change to succeed. Special attention is given to driving change from a position of limited authority.
Lunch
During the lunch participants will be applying the frameworks presented to their own work and change initiatives. You will have the opportunity to present your case to the group to get sound feedback on your projects.
Session 3
Change Management Tools & Techniques
This session works through tools and techniques which have been used to provide a clear case for change, how to overcome obstacles and how to leverage enablers.
Session 4
Managing Change
Breaking down your initiative into small and manageable parts, continuous communication, conflict management, agreeing on Key Performance Indicators and timelines helps you to deliver the change you set out to achieve.
Session 5
Company Guest Speaker
In this final session a speaker from a leading company which has undergone successful change will present their approach to corporate responsibility and managing change.
