This technical workshop is aimed at CR practitioners responsible for completing their company's CR Index survey submission.  This workshop provides all you need to know about participation in the CR Index, including: a walk-through of the survey, focusing on key question sets and examples of good practice; an overview of approaches for completing the survey; information about BITC’s survey validation process; an overview of the CR Index scoring methodology;  an overview of the CR Index feedback and benchmarking report and process; and training on BITC’s online survey tool.
