Senior management training
Audience
Aimed at: CEO and Board or Senior Management team (maximum of 30 people in all).
The Process
A series of interactive exercises, undertaken in sub-groups, which guide participants through issue identification, action planning, prioritisation and tasking phases. There are two options; a 3 hour version or whole day with internal presentations
Pre-requisites: BITC need access to the strategy documentation
Outcomes
By the end of the session: Participants will have achieved the following stages:
- Linked the components of the Corporate Strategy to their points of contact with the 5 elements of the CR agenda (Workplace, Marketplace, Community, Environment, Governance)
- Increased their understanding of these connections and that the implementation of CR activities is not a separate activity from core business processes
- Defined a series of actions that will be necessary to deliver the commercial strategy simultaneously with the desired sustainability results
- Prioritised these actions according to impact and cost to implement
- Developed an individual Action Plan, to deliver those priorities
- Tasked the CEO with a shortlist of actions that will be necessary to support the business’ ambitions
Follow up
A series of meetings with CEO and individuals to track progress towards the actions identified in the session. The impact of the session is evaluated via online questionnaire.
