Caroline Wilson

Head of Diversity and Corporate Responsibility for Eversheds LLP 

On behalf of Eversheds, Caroline works closely with Stonewall, the Employers Forum on Disability, Opportunity Now, Employers Forum on Age, Employers Forum on Belief, Black Lawyers Directory and Working Families.

Eversheds won The Law Society Excellence Awards 2008 for both Equality and Diversity and also for Social Responsibility - Community Engagement. It has the highest number of female partners at the top 10 UK based law firms. Eversheds is in the Stonewall Top 100 2009 and the only law firm to achieve this accolade at the first attempt.

Caroline is a member of The Law Society Equality and Diversity Committee. She sits on the London Regional Board of Business in the Community. She also sits on the Inter-Professional Services Diversity Forum and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).
