Jayne Beynon

Operations Executive at Castle Leisure Limited

Jayne has been employed by Castle Leisure Limited since 1993. She has been the Company’s Hr Executive for over 10 years and has an MA in Strategic Human Resources.

Following promotion in June 2009, her current role incorporates responsibility for club Operations, ensuring that their 8 clubs deliver the Company’s budget as well as the HR function.

Within this remit, she ensures the implementation of the Company’s social responsibility policies and practices.

The company has a rolling programme of club projects covering a variety of programmes, such as Right to Read and changing room type projects.

Jayne has been a guest speaker at our One Day Introduction to Corporate Responsibility workshop.
