Neville Henderson

MSc, Dip Ind & Org Psych, MHRINZ.

Neville is the CR Academy’s Technical Lead on developing a competency map for CR practitioners. Up to May 2010 his full time role was leading a project at the London Borough of Camden to develop a behavioural competency framework for the council’s 5000+ staff. Neville started his career as an occupational psychologist and over the last 12 years has worked with a range of organisations to develop, implement and apply competencies to the assessment of people in the workplace. He has a Master of Science degree in Applied Psychology, is qualified as a Registered Psychologist and is a professional member of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand.
