The CR Index process
The CR Index survey opens each year in September and organisation have two months to complete it, assessing themselves against the CR Index framework. All submissions must be signed off at main board level to ensure director-level commitment to the veracity of the responses to the survey. The team at Business in the Community then review submissions to ensure consistency and reliability amongst company submissions, before providing companies with feedback on their performance.
Scores and feedback
All participants receive a feedback report explaining their performance and comparing it to their peers and the overall average - CR Index 2011 - sample feedback report (2001 kb)
.
We also offer additional feedback and advisory services to help companies better understand their gaps, learn from leading practice from across sectors and progress their CR strategy, supporting them to implement improvement where needed. For more information please get in touch with us.
