Catherine is the Human Resources Controller for Wilkinson Hardware Stores Ltd, Home & Garden retailers, based at their Head Office in Nottinghamshire, and employing approximately 24,000 team members across England, Scotland and Wales.

Catherine’s HR career started almost 24 years ago, and she has held various senior positions in a multi faceted function.  Catherine leads a large team dealing with all aspects of Reward & Benefits, Executive & Management Recruitment, Central Business Partnering and Central HR & Payroll services. 

Catherine also has experience of working overseas in Asia, and brings a wealth of experience in senior HR Management .
