ProHelp in the East Midlands

ProHelp is a national network of over 400 professional firms who make a difference in the community by offering free advice and support to local community groups and voluntary organisations. ProHelp is delivered across the country with member firms, both large and small, undertaking one-off projects as well as contributing to advice surgeries and workshops.

 

  • Derbyshire ProHelp

    Derbyshire ProHelp is currently chaired by Lisa Richards, Partner at accountancy firm Dains. The group consists of active members covering a good range of professions. Member firms provide around £65,000 worth of professional support to voluntary organisations in need within the local community each year.

  • Leicestershire and Rutland ProHelp

    Leicestershire & Rutland ProHelp has 26 local firms in membership who delivered over £77,000 worth of pro bono support in the past year. This ProHelp is run by Leicestershire Cares and is chaired by Tom Hart (rg+p Ltd).

  • Lincolnshire ProHelp

    Lincolnshire ProHelp was set to provide professional and strategic support, free of charge, to voluntary groups in this largely rural area. Currently chaired by Bob Doe of Lincolnshire Co-operative, the team provides an average of around £50,000 of free support to community organisations in need across the county.

  • Northamptonshire ProHelp

    Northamptonshire ProHelp, established in 1999, is chaired by Steve Robinson, Partner at Grant Thornton and comprises member firms from a good range of professions. Members offer a proportion of their time free of charge to local voluntary and community groups and, each year, contribute around £70,000 worth of professional support to the development of third sector organisations.

  • Nottinghamshire ProHelp

    Nottinghamshire ProHelp is currently chaired by Richard Medd, Partner at Browne Jacobson. Each year member firms collectively provide around £80,000 worth of free professional support to community and voluntary organisations in the local area. The team comprises a good range of professions, engaging some of the most influential firms in Nottingham City and stretching as far north as Mansfield and Worksop.
