Tricia Fuller
HR Director
Tricia Fuller is the Group HR Director for Norse Commercial Services a facilities management company based in Norfolk. Her career has always been in HR initially in the retail sector but since 1990 in facilities management.
A firm believer that it is individuals who make a difference, she has driven the organisation’s Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy, demonstrating that there is a real business benefit to engaging in the community. In 2008 her work in this area was recognised when she was awarded the Prince of Wales Ambassador for East of England. She is the Chair of Business Action an Employability and Skills, a trustee of Norfolk Family Mediation Service and a Common Purpose Graduate.
