Introduction to ProHelp (5:12)

Suffok ProHelp has been running since June 2001 and consists of surveyors, architects, accountants, solicitors, public relations/marketing specialists, property consultants and a professional fundraiser.

Suffolk has a large rural area with a number of small market towns, so community groups working in these areas do not have access to a vast professional resource. Our professionals tend to be based in our larger towns but through ProHelp, we can spread assistance throughout the county this has included supporting projects in Beccles, East Bergholt, Monks Eleigh, Lowestoft, Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich.

Our programme gives professional help to community projects at a time when they are unable to pay for them. This not only enables projects to be assessed and planned in a professional and structured way but also allows funds to be leveraged from a variety of sources (such as community funds, trust funds, etc).
