Linklaters provided the Camfed NGO pro bono support, rather than manual labour or cash, in order to maximise the impact of their engagement. The employees that took part in documenting Camfed's governance model were given a challenge that enabled them to develop and further refine their skills as the project involved working in a new sector, and in countries and communities facing special logistical and governance issues.
