This visit will lay out the challenge which UK business face in order to develop a culture and environment that encourages the development of talent and skills of people in order to ensure that Britain remains competitive in the global economy.

Delegates will be provided with the opportunity to visit a selection of organisations, exploring best practice of how to draw out talent from within the workplace and understand the importance of doing so.
