ENGAGE Key Cities Programme
ENGAGE Key Cities Projects bring together community partners and companies to work in collaboration on employee community engagement programmes. There are currently 19 projects running in 17 cities in total; 13 throughout Europe plus Hong Kong, Johannesburg, Santiago de Chile and Dubai.
Each project is designed and funded locally to address key social issues. Groups of 5-15 companies, often a mix of multinational and local companies, work together, thereby pooling available resources and increasing the impact.
ENGAGE was created in 2002 by IBLF and Business in the Community (BITC) and is now supported by the International Leadership Team of BITC.
