This new leadership development programme has been developed to support future senior managers in promoting change towards a sustainable future at work and in their communities. By inspiring creativity and innovation through sharing best practice, academic insight and personal experience, it will guide participants to develop strategies to balance competing priorities, leading to effective action that achieves real results.

Business in the Community has a unique ability to convene the most senior business leaders from UK and global companies. We engage over 330 senior business leaders from UK-based companies on our campaign and regional leadership team and on our Board of Trustee Directors.
