    HM Revenue and Custom’s Newcastle Estate has over 17,000 staff on five sites. The largest, Benton Park View, is home to the National Insurance Contributions Office, and has a hospital and school as neighbours. One of the Estate's prime objectives is to integrate sustainable development into its day-to-day business decision making and it continues to strive to improve its sustainable development performance.
