• KPMG LLP UK - EMA CR Network

  KPMG firms launched their EMA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Corporate Responsibility Network in 2004. It consists of member firms in the EMA region which have a collective aim of delivering an effective and consistent CR strategy. This enables a local approach that fits within an organisation-wide CR framework, responding to business priorities and key stakeholders.

• KPMG LLP (UK) - Number Partners

  In 1999, KPMG and Tower Hamlets Education Business Partnership devised Number Partners to address the need to improve numeracy skills. Now in its sixth year, Number Partners is the only national programme to support pupils using volunteers and games to raise attainment, enhance social behaviour, and raise aspirations through role models.

• Barclays, KPMG, Marks & Spencer, Marsh - Ready to Go and Ready for Work Programme

  In 2002 the 'Ready to Go' and 'Ready for Work' programme was launched by Business Action on Homelessness following research conducted by Bain & Company in 1998, which found that homelessness was seen by consumers as the second most important social issue that businesses should address. It was also recognised that there was a gap as to how businesses could get involved.

• KPMG – Mentoring Refugees

  KPMG’s programme helps refugees with financial experience overcome the barriers to employment in the sector and provides staff with focused and relevant volunteering opportunities.
