London Cares

London Cares aims to engage employees in their communities through volunteering.  Community involvement provides employees with many opportunities to develop a wide range of skills and competences including communication, project management, leadership and team working.

It can also provide a channel through which companies can demonstrate their values, contributing to improved employee perceptions, motivation and retention.

Cares delivers benefits for companies, employees and communities by providing access to expertise on employee involvement campaigning to increase the amount of employee volunteering actively brokering high-quality volunteering opportunities, which use the time and skills of employees to make an impact in their local communities.
