BAOH’s Ready for Work programme is delivered in 23 towns and cities across the UK. It offers homeless people or those at risk of homelessness the opportunity to improve their job prospects through pre-employment training, work experience placements with leading UK employers and one-to-one job coaching with business volunteers.

With lower cost-per-job and higher employment rates compared with the majority of Government and homeless sector initiatives, Ready for Work is a leading programme in providing support for those furthest from the labour market to gain and sustain employment. A robust national framework allows for high quality local delivery across the UK.
