It opened a new £6m flagship branch in Belfast city centre and enhanced its online services for business and personal customers. It is part of the Bank of Ireland group which is a diversified Financial Services Group.

In 2005 they received the NICVA Medium Charity Award for their campaign ‘Men against Cancer’.
