Pause sources the best fairly traded, environmentally friendly refreshments and equipment and delivers them to organisations of all shapes and sizes. Their customers include everyone from legal firms to civil engineers, big training centres to cosy offices, police forces to national retail chains.

Corporate Social Responsibility  

Pause is committed to embedding CSR into all aspects of its life:

Community: Pause supports a number of local projects including two hospices and a youth football team. Pause also supports Macmillan Cancer Support as its national charity. Through the "pause points" customer loyalty programme, pause combines with its customers to give back to community or charity projects of pause’s or the customers’ choosing.

Marketplace: Pause ethically sources all of its products and equipment and ensures that they are environmentally sound, to the extent it gives all of the range a rating based on pre-defined CSR criteria such as packaging, local sourcing, energy efficiency, health & wellbeing...

Environment: Pause have "greened" their offices, recycling everything possible – working towards making the offices carbon neutral. Pause offer to collect used cups and drinks capsules from customers to recycle them in conjunction with Save-a-Cup. Their driver polo shirts and sweatshirts are made from organic cotton.

Workplace: Pause values their employees and has a chill out zone at their offices for their staff to relax in. They provide organic fruit to keep their people healthy as well as giving them time off to support their local community initiatives.
