Simons Group

Simons is a privately owned construction, property development and consultancy group based in Lincoln.

The Simons Group has 10 offices in the South East, East, North West and Yorkshire. Working within the retail, leisure, distribution, healthcare, food and education sectors, the group provides a range of services including design, architecture, new build, fit out/refurbishment, mechanical & electrical design and project management/cost consultancy.

The Simons Group aspires to protect the environment in which it works, and the health and safety of its employees and team members by fostering a culture which encourages the responsible treatment of the Earth’s resources and all people with whom it interacts.

Simons protects the health and safety of employees and team members by ensuring that they have skills and qualifications to undertake their work through on-going training and our support of the CSCS scheme. All members of the group endeavour to reduce the impact of the operations on the environment and the Green Organisation has acknowledged continuing progress and success through a number of awards including two British Green Champion 2003 awards.

Employees voted the Group into the Times 100 Best Companies to Work For list in recognition of the continuing support they receive to reach their potential both in and out of work.
