Our Sustainable Business Models course provides insights into the sustainability challenge and how this will impact your marketplace now and in the future. The session provides insights into how global megatrends are shaping business strategy, how to collaborate effectively with your supply chain and the role of customers in driving change.

This course is also offered as part of the CR Management programme.

Who should attend?

The course is aimed at CR/sustainability managers and people in associated roles who want to learn more about how sustainability issues are shaping their marketplace. These may include those in strategic roles, procurement/supply chain managers, environmental managers and marketers. Participants gain an understanding of the latest thinking and current threats and opportunities, as well as an opportunity to network and discuss their own challenges with peers. This session is open to businesses of all sizes and sectors.

What will I get out of attending?

  • An understanding of the latest thinking on sustainability, including threats and opportunities presented by global megatrends and product/service/business-model innovation.

  • Insights into a range of approaches to supply chain sustainability.

  • Ability to define what engagement with customers/consumers is required in order to influence choice and product use, so that entire value chains are sustainable.
