Mary Anne Roff

Mary Anne Roff leads the construction and engineering team in Newcastle which deals with both non-contentious and contentious work. She worked in law firms in London and Paris for 8 years, then moved to the north east. She was a partner and head of litigation at Muckle LLP before joining Eversheds in 2005.
Mary Anne handles complex disputes and projects for a diverse range of clients. She has a particular interest in the offshore and oil & gas sectors.
Her extensive experience includes adjudication, litigation and arbitration; expert determination; and alternative dispute resolution techniques such as early neutral evaluation and mediation.
