Fiona is a Senior Executive in Accenture’s UK and Ireland Utilities practice. She joined the company in 1995, previously running the UK and Ireland Chemicals and Natural Resources business. She has extensive experience in Utilities Retail Customer Operations as well as cross-industry new business Operating Models, including the Energy sector. Today Fiona runs a portfolio of Utilities client development work in the UK.

Prior to Accenture, Fiona held a Board level appointment in the automotive industry and has a masters degree from Glasgow University.
