Sean Canning is Senior Vice President of UK Operations at Firstsource, a global Business Process Outsourcing company with over 26,000 employees worldwide of whom around 2,500 are located in the UK. Firstsource is an active member of Business in the Community and has won awards for its corporate social responsibility programme of community involvement, which seeks to recruit people who have been long-term unemployed.
Based in Londonderry, Sean is responsible for managing the company’s operations throughout the UK, across four delivery centres located in Belfast, Londonderry and Stockton-on-Tees. An experienced customer service professional and MBA graduate, Sean has spent over 20 years in the contact centre industry across a variety of roles and industry verticals.
Sean is currently a Board member of Business in the Community and Chair of Business in the Community’s North West Leadership Team. He is also Chair of Derry City Council’s Investor Forum as well as Chair of a School Board of Governors.Bookmark this page with:
