Susan Kinane is Managing Director of ESB Independent Energy (Appointed December 2009). Susan joined ESBIE in 2005 as IT Project Manager and then became manager of Customer Operations. She has worked extensively in the industry for many years, both at home and abroad, in the areas of Customer Operations, Call Centre Management and IT Project Management and brings a broad and in depth knowledge of the industry to ESB Independent Energy.
