Cares challenges are great fun but there is also a lot of hard work involved and as such, effective project management is required. The challenges can be used as a means of introducing employees to the challenges of management or as a way of seeing how employees react to unfamiliar surroundings. Either way the challenges are an effective way of developing employee communication.
