Inspiring employers to create engaging, inclusive workplaces where current and future employees help deliver business and social impact.

The world of work is evolving in ways which will present employers with both challenges and opportunities.  Successful organisations in the 21st Century will be those that can exploit the opportunities offered by the changing business and social environment and can be flexible and agile in a way that will harness the creativity of their employees.  The best employers will also be those who recognise and reward employee engagement, creating a circle of inclusion that benefits both parties.

What we're working on...

  Future workforce through employability interventions such as the Employers’ Forum and the Graduate Acceleration Programme (GAP)

  The new Workplace 20:20 campaign aims to help businesses build a better society in Northern Ireland by creating an engaged and inclusive workforce

  Our challenge is to help disadvantaged individuals/groups find sustained employment. We do this by engaging business to provide training, work placements

  Cares is a separate service offering within Business in the Community which provides a tailored, structured approach to Employer Supported Volunteering for companies with an interest in team volunteering challenges.

  Across the UK, graduate vacancies have fallen drastically and are now approaching levels not seen since the 1991 recession.
