BITC's Marketplace work pushes for customer quality of life and the wellbeing of society at large to be key forces guiding the marketplace decisions of companies.  We want to inspire businesses to improve society through purpose-driven brands.

Our Purpose Toolkit explains the business case for being a purpose-driven brand, and outlines the fundamentals of what a relevant purpose looks like - an Executive Summary is also available.  Through blogs and bi-monthly Marketplace Insights we inform businesses of the latest news and opinion on relevant topics like sustainable innovation and building customer trust.  A series of short Purpose Driven case studies give examples of how companies are doing good through products or marketing.
