Dawn McLaughlin and Co is an accounting practice based in Derry with a small staff of four. Having spent the first three years of the business focusing on compliance, bringing the right staff on board and getting the business off the ground, the owner, Dawn McLaughlin was keen to differentiate the company from the competition, to develop a clear marketing strategy and to grow the business.
