Operating in a highly competitive market and faced with increasing costs, McCain focuses on identifying and improving efficiencies throughout their operations from farm-to-fork, thereby reducing costs and the associated emissions.
Over the last twelve months they have developed their own environmental performance metrics - McCain Competitive Edge. A team made up from across the business use Six Sigma to focus on projects in order to identify cost and carbon saving benefits.
