They help young people to develop their skills and understanding of Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) in their business by making lessons real and relevant to the workplace.

Through this engagement, RWE npower increase the pool of young people interested in continuing their STEM studies and following a STEM related career to benefit the engineering industry and their business. This engagement enables them to develop ongoing relationships with schools, teachers and students within the communities in which they operate.
