The Environment Index is the UK’s leading self-assessed corporate environmental benchmark and is a stand-alone module of Business in the Community’s broader CR Index.  It gives companies a framework to compare their environmental management and performance with peers.

This publication summarises the results of the Environment Index 2007 and contains company bandings, comparing the UK’s leading businesses on their environmental management and performance. It also gives highlights from the Index and identifies top performers within each sector.

It is essential reading for FTSE 350 companies that wish to compare performance within their sector and across the corporate world.
