BITC’s Integration Peer Group meets to identify good new ways of doing things and to stay ahead of the developments affecting corporate practice. In 2006 the nine members met for 6 workshops and identified trends relating to:
Internal Communications
Reporting
Lobbying and Influence
Supply Chain
They discussed the trends, actions needed to respond to these and the role for the CR Manager in this.
This is an interim report from the integration peer group whose 2 year programme concludes in January 2008.
